Parcels built since 1980

This document shows parcels in the assessor’s database where the “Actual Year Built” is 1980 or later.

The document is based on data available from Cambridge GIS and the Cambridge Open Data portal at the time of writing:

Currently there are 25544 assessed units in the database.

The database includes 4939 asessed properties built in or after 1980 on 995 separate parcels. This table summarizes the number of assessed unit per parcel; note that commercial apartments are a single assessed unit!
