Alewife Floodplain Development

This map shows current and proposed development projects in the Alewife region of Cambridge. Overlays show buildings, parking lots, the 2014 tree canopy, Alwife zoning overlay districts (AOD), FEMA flood plains, and estimated 2030 and 2070 flooding from precipitation in the same region.
